"Love of Life"
Pohmee Leong，a gentle and soft spoken lady who joined Guolin Qigong Kepong on 3/2/2013. She was a breast cancer patient. Not many of our members know about Pohmee as she came only on certain Sundays. Nevertheless, we had telephone conversations whenever she wanted to share her problems with me.
As a qigong teacher/instructor, I normally do not ask much about members' background although I am very willing to listen to their problems. From our conversations, I know Pohmee was a very talented artist cum art teacher.
Art Exhibition
- Love of Life was held in
memory of Pohmee for her love in freedom through artwork. It was also Pohmee's
dream for holding a solo art exhibition.
If I did
not attend the Official Launching of Pohmee's art exhibition on 14th Dec 2014, I
would have missed the chance to witness the amazing artwork of a great artist. Thank you, Maria Leong (Pohmee's sister), for your invitation!
Pohmee passed away peacefully on 13 Mac 2014.
Pohmee, may you rest in peace. You will be remembered always!
